By far, one of my favorite boutique stores in Eau Claire! The staff is always friendly and the selection in the stores is wonderful! Some of my favorite outfits are from there! I have found a lot of really nice stuff for my husband there as well.

Mindy did an amazing job at “reeling” me in with a new pair of boots, jeans, and a couple of summery outfits for my upcoming trip to Hawaii! Fabulous inventory and lots of fun things popping up always! Mindy - keep smiling!! You’re awesome!

By Far, the absolute worst retail shopping experience I have ever had!! At least 4 or 5 Women "working" and NOT 1 of them said Hi or asked if I was finding everything Ok or needed help. I was the only customer in the Boutique and a 1st time customer. They stood amongst each other talking and conversing about their personal lives the entire time without saying even one word or acknowledging my presence. I had over $225 on a gift card to use . I asked as soon as I walked in if the Gift card was able to be used here and the Women didn't even look at me . She rudely answered yes , that's it ! I have over 25 years retail experience and that would have been an Opportune time to ask if there is anything she could help me find. These Women are stuck up and absolutely horrible representation of the company. They have zero customer service skills . I will NEVER go back to this Boutique! On a lighter note, the young lady working in the Cafe was spectacular ! I mentioned that she should train the " Ladies" in the Boutique her customer service skills because they have None. So, now I sit with over $200 on a gift card to use . I will consider the Cafe and the Garden Center But refuse to be
